The real property which is, by the recording of this Declaration, subject to the covenants and restrictions hereafter Set forth and which, by virtue of the recording of this Declaration, shall be held, transferred, sold, conveyed, used, occupied, and mortgaged or otherwise encumbered subject to this Declaration is the real property described as:

LOTS 1 THROUGH 56, INCLUSIVE, AND TRACTS A, D, E, F, G AND I OF CARRINGTON MEADOWS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT-THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME 204 OF PLATS AT PAGES 23 AND 27 RECORDS OF.KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON RECORDED UNDER RECORDING NUMBER 20011211001547.

SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF KING, STATE OF WASHINGTON

Common Areas:
Tract A is a sensitive area tract owned and maintained by the Association.

Tract I is a recreation tract owned and maintained by the Association.

The Street Trees planted within and/or abutting Tract A, Tract I and the private tracts are owned and maintained by the Association.

Private Tracts:
Tract D is a private joint use driveway tract owned and maintained by Lots 45 & 46

Tract E is a private joint use driveway tract owned and maintained by Lots 41 & 42

Tract F is a private joint use driveway tract owned and maintained by Lots 15 & 16.

Tract G is a private joint use driveway tract owned and maintained by Lots 11 & 12.

Tracts not subject to this Declaration:
Tracts B & C are storm drainage tracts owned and maintained by King County.

Tract H is an ingress, egress and utility tract owned and maintained by the owner of Lot 2 of King County Short Plat 483049.

Tract J is a private joint use driveway tract owned by King County and maintained by Lot 24.
